Trading Technologies acquires TRAFiX

Trading Technologies International (TT) has acquired TRAFiX, a provider of equities,equity options, order and execution management systems (OEMS), and FIX connectivity solutions.
The acquisition will expand TT’s multi-asset offering into global equities and equity options, adding to its existing capabilities across futures, foreign exchange, fixed income, and cryptocurrency.
TRAFiX’s OEMS capabilities will be integrated into TT’s cloud-based platform, bringing together execution and order management, FIX and market connectivity, risk management, analytics, regulatory reporting, trade surveillance, and margin analytics.
TRAFiX serves more than 200 customers globally and provides connectivity to more than 100 trading venues.
