TMF Group, a global professional services firm, has appointed Paul de Lange as head of fund services in the Netherlands.

In his new position, de Lange will help accelerate the growth of the firm’s fund business unit in the Netherlands focusing on servicing global engagements for large fund clients.

At TMF Group, de Lange will report to Ron Arendsen, head of the Dutch market, and to Andrew O’Shea, global head of fund services.

Previously, de Lange served as director of the real estate unit at Intertrust, assisting fund clients specialising in real estate.

He started his career in the corporate services industry with ATC Group in 2007 becoming part of Intertrust when it acquired ATC Group in 2013.

Arendsen, market head for the Netherlands, said: “I am extremely pleased to welcome Paul de Lange to TMF Group. His wide experience in the fund and real estate industry represents a great asset for our organisation. Paul de Langel has a long and successful track record and his background will be instrumental in assisting global fund clients from our office in Amsterdam.”

Commenting on his promotion, de Lange explained: “TMF Group’s ambitions for the fund industry are unparalleled, and it is exciting to be part of it. I very much look forward to helping contribute.”

O’Shea added: “TMF Group’s fund unit is expanding fast – but it is vital we don’t just move quickly, but we continue to operate in a smart way. Paul de Lange has great experience in the key Dutch market, but is also excellent at ensuring clients enjoy a seamless and consistent worldwide experience – an attribute that TMF Group is determined to continue as our team quickly grows.”
