FTI Consulting has appointed Connie Tirondola as a managing director for the investment administration and reporting group within the firm’s real estate solutions practice.
Based in New Jersey, Tirondola specialises in finance, accounting, operations and administration for private equity real estate and infrastructure funds.
She brings experience navigating reporting standards, investment company guide standards, operational risk management, and evolving accounting trends within the real estate investment management community.
Tirondola joins FTI Consulting from Citco Fund Services (USA), where she was executive vice president of real assets for North America.
She previously served as a leader within the accounting groups of both BlackRock Real Estate and PGIM Real Estate.
Earlier in her career, Tirondola was a managing director and global account leader at CBRE Accounting & Reporting Solutions, where she transitioned from BlackRock's in-house fund accounting and operations to the firm’s outsourced solution.
Prior to this, she was a managing director and head of real estate fund accounting (US) at BlackRock.
