FINBOURNE Technology names Glaysher as Chairman and forms advisory board

FINBOURNE Technology has appointed Toby Glaysher as chairman of the board and has also formed a new advisory board.
Glaysher will oversee the board and act as an advisor to the executive team. He most recently worked at Northern Trust as President of Global Fund Services.
Thomas McHugh, CEO of FINBOURNE Technology, says: “[Glaysher’s] track record of leadership and innovation in investment services will be invaluable as we continue to scale our business globally.”
The advisory board included senior leaders from the UK and US. These members include:
- Adel Szabo Malcolm, co-head of global data operations and investment data lead at Columbia Threadneedle, and until recently, global head of data solutions at Legal and General – Asset Management.
- Andrew McCaffery, former global chief investment officer at Fidelity International.
- David Hudson, former co-head of digital and platform services at JPMorgan.
- Lance DeLuca, chief operating officer at Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC).
- Mihir Shah, former chief information officer and chief technology officer at Fidelity Investments.
- Yury Dubrovsky, former chief risk officer at Lazard Ltd and Lazard Asset Management.
