Ogier hires Archange as Counsel for banking and finance

Ogier has named Laura Archange as counsel in its banking and finance team, based in Luxembourg.
Prior to Ogier, Archange served at Arendt & Medernach as counsel and senior associate for over 12 years, where she gained significant fund finance and securitisation experience.
On her appointment, Jed Nader, Ogier’s head of Banking and Finance in Luxembourg, comments: “Laura has an outstanding reputation in the Luxembourg market. Her knowledge and expertise further strengthens our ability to meet the growing client demand for our fund finance and capital markets services.”
Alongside her new role, she will also remain as co-chair of the ALFI Fund Finance Working Group, as well as continuing her work in assisting international firms with Luxemburg investment funds.
