Gemma Cowie has come to Broadridge as their latest senior hire, where she joins as head of global growth solutions within the company’s data and analytics business.

Cowie will lead the global growth solutions team to deliver data and intelligence solutions to asset managers, helping them to optimise distribution.

Prior to her new role, Cowie worked at Royal London Asset Management, where she served as head of strategy. She has also held a number of senior positions within Aviva Investors and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Welcoming Cowie’s appointment, Nigel Birch, head of data and analytics, global at Broadridge, says: “Gemma’s global perspective and track record in product and strategy leadership roles at some of the world’s leading asset managers will be instrumental as we continue to expand our solutions and form deep enterprise partnerships with our clients.”

Cowie adds: “Having previously led teams where Broadridge was a core part of our intelligence infrastructure, I’m looking forward to working more closely with the people and platforms that power those capabilities.”
