Innovative Systems has made two new leadership appointments.
Deborah Overdeput has been promoted from chief marketing officer to chief operating officer after two years in the role. She will oversee global product management and cross-functional operations, ensuring that technology developments align with evolving market needs.
As the current chief revenue officer, Steve Maul will have his role expanded to chief customer officer. This will include additional responsibilities, such as account management and client support.
On the leadership changes, Maul says: "This new structure will enable us to deliver true co-ownership of customer success, driving faster time to value, deeper relationships, and smarter growth.”
Bob Colonna, CEO of Innovative Systems, adds: “By pairing Deborah’s market-driven operational mindset with Steve’s end-to-end customer stewardship and revenue focus, we gain the clarity, consistency, and confidence to scale."
