Aztec Group, a provider of private markets services, has appointed Ruby Paramanathan as head of Strategic Client Change.
Paramanathan will lead the client-facing dimension of Aztec’s client change programmes, working closely with clients to understand their priorities and co-develop effective solutions, helping ensure client priorities shape how the firm develops its services and partnerships.
Paramanathan joins Aztec with more than 25 years of experience across asset management and consulting, specialising in the design and delivery of complex change programmes spanning data, operations, technology, and client experience.
Prior to joining Aztec, Paramanathan held senior leadership positions at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, KPMG, PwC, and M&G Investments.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with leading global asset managers, helping them modernise operating models and improve client outcomes through data, technology, and process change.
Melissa Ferraz, chief commercial officer at Aztec Group, says: “As private markets continue to evolve, clients increasingly want partners who understand their priorities and can help them navigate complex change.
“Ruby brings a valuable combination of asset management expertise, strategic consulting experience, and a strong track record of delivering major change programmes. Her ability to turn client priorities into practical, scalable solutions will strengthen how we partner with clients, and support their long-term ambitions.”
Paramanathan adds: “I'm delighted to join Aztec at such an exciting stage of its growth journey. As clients continue to navigate increasingly complex operational and regulatory change, there is a significant opportunity to combine deep industry expertise with technology, data, and innovative ways of working.
“I look forward to working closely with our clients and colleagues to understand client priorities, develop practical solutions, and deliver long-term value.”
