Portenseigne joins Apex Group

Apex Group has appointed Olivier Portenseigne as global head of transfer agency products.
Portenseigne is based in Luxembourg and will lead the firm's global transfer agency product strategy and innovation agenda, bringing hands-on experience from across the fund distribution lifecycle.
Portenseigne joins Apex Group from FundsDLT, Clearstream’s blockchain-based fund distribution and transfer agency platform where he served as CEO.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in fund distribution, transfer agency, and financial market infrastructure, Portenseigne has additional experience with digital assets, tokenisation, and new distribution models for investment funds.
Speaking on the appointment, Renaud Oury, regional head Luxembourg at Apex Group, says: “Olivier brings a rare combination of transfer agency, fund distribution, digital asset and regulatory expertise.
“His appointment strengthens our ability to drive innovation across transfer agency and distribution while delivering greater efficiency and broader investor access for clients.”
