Shield Financial Compliance, a provider of cloud-based compliance-as-a-service solutions that deliver financial and communications data management, has partnered with Germany based firm, niiio Finance Group AG.
The partnership offers clients Shield FC’s artificial intelligence-powered compliance platform as an addition to niiio’s partner and marketplace service portfolio.
The Shield FC solution can capture, archive and investigate interactions across all electronic communications (eComms) channels from a single platform.
According to Shield FC, its platform ensures compliance officers can manage and comply with specific German market regulations, as well as international ruling.
The platform can be used to help comply with the second Markets In Financial Instruments Directive, The General Data Protection Regulation and Dodd-Frank.
