ForwardLane releases generative decision intelligence platform

AI-powered intelligence solutions provider ForwardLane has launched EMERGE, a new generative decision intelligence platform that aims to improve data transparency, privacy and security issues.

By combining ForwardLane’s composite AI, EMERGE-GPT, with zero-code tool Visual Insight Generator, EMERGE provides users with insights into data from natural language without the need for a large language model.

Used alongside the firm’s Next Best Actions platform, EMERGE can identify opportunities and risks across clients and prospects, enhance workflow and efficiency, and integrate next best action recommendations into workflows through application programming interfaces.

The platform has been developed in response to the drain that generative AI places on firms’ resources and the complexities of implementation. It aims to reduce pressure on data science teams and enable companies to scale more easily.

Data on the platform remains private and is not shared externally, and a full audit log is generated to ensure regulatory compliance. The service also explains how answers are derived, giving clients a transparent view of the process.

Nathan Stevenson, founder and CEO of ForwardLane, comments: “We have been leveraging AI since 2016 and have made significant investments in building an enterprise-grade Next Best Action platform for wealth, asset management and insurance.

“EMERGE brings together the best functionalities of ForwardLane’s ViGOR and privacy-friendly EMERGE-GPT. It gives financial services firms the ability to rapidly activate their existing data and data science investments and deliver insights to their frontline advisory and sales professionals.”
