ACT Group deploys Fenergo’s FinCrime OS

Fenergo, a provider of AI-powered client lifecycle management (CLM), Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions, has announced that ACT Group is live with its FinCrime operating system.
ACT Group, which serves complex clients across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, says that it selected Fenergo to transform manual KYC operations into a scalable, intelligent framework.
Additionally the group says that leveraging capabilities such as Fenergo’s newly launched Document Agent and digital client portal, it can automate multilingual document processing while streamlining onboarding journeys to enhance the client and counterparty experience.
