Xceptor, a provider of data automation for capital markets, has released a pre-packaged option for Xceptor Tax on SaaS, its solution for operational tax automation.
The new offering fast-tracks solution delivery, reduces resource burden on financial institutions, and helps firms prepare for regulatory change, allowing asset managers, custodians, and investment banks to benefit from automated tax processes.
Xceptor has also introduced a Mitteilungsverfahren Kapitalerträge Dividenden (MiKaDiv) module within Xceptor Tax for seamless compliance with Germany’s new digital tax reporting framework, effective 1 January 2027.
The new module includes enhanced data collection, an advanced data validation and processing engine, and built-in reporting and distribution capabilities.
Users can also generate standardised reports for submission to the German tax authority or other endpoints, such as their local tax agent.
Paul Duffy, senior product manager, Xceptor Tax, Xceptor, says: “Clearly mapped data sources, consistent formats, and streamlined workflows are essential for MiKaDiv compliance, and that's where Xceptor excels.
“Our MiKaDiv module makes it easier for institutions to meet the 2027 income obligations with confidence and lays the foundation for smoother compliance with other mandates, such as the wider EU FASTER Directive.”
