CACEIS has launched NOVA, a digital platform for transfer agency services built on a cloud-native and microservices-based architecture.

The platform forms part of the company’s wider digital transformation strategy and is designed to support a range of investment fund structures, including ETFs, alternative funds, and tokenised funds.

According to CACEIS, NOVA is intended to support the onboarding of new funds and distribution channels while managing increasing transaction volumes and enhancing user experience.

The platform uses Agile methodology, with CACEIS stating that additional digital journeys, functionalities and integration capabilities will be introduced over time.

CACEIS says NOVA increases automation and straight-through processing , enabling faster transaction processing, reduced operational risk, and shorter time-to-market for new products.

The platform also incorporates data-driven services supported by AI, including reporting, analytics, decision-support tools, and real-time monitoring capabilities.

In addition, NOVA supports CACEIS’s ‘follow-the-sun, data anytime anywhere’ operating model through 24/7 monitoring capabilities.

Ramy El Houayek, global head of Fund Services at CACEIS, says: “With NOVA, we are taking a key step forward in the transformation of fund distribution, leveraging technology to raise client satisfaction. We are delivering a platform designed for future challenges, offering high-quality service for a superior client experience.”
