FV Bank, a US licensed digital bank offering a vertically integrated suite of traditional and digital asset banking and custody services, have launched Global Managed Accounts (GMA), their new embedded banking infrastructure.

GMA is designed for fintechs and payment platforms that manage domestic and international accounts, cross-border payment, remittances, and stablecoin-enabled money movement.

FV Bank says that the new infrastructure gives fintech companies and payment platforms a regulated foundation for neobank-style products under their own respective brands.

GMA also replaces the traditional, fragmented network of banks, payment processors, and compliance providers with direct FV Bank accounts for eligible business and individual end customers, explains the firm.

Miles Paschini, CEO of FV Bank, says: “It can take years for a fintech company to navigate the banking, payments, and compliance infrastructure needed to bring a financial product to market.

“Global Managed Accounts gives our partners a faster way to launch, reach more customers, and expand what they offer in cosmetic and international markets, while FV Bank provides the regulated accounts, payments, and compliance infrastructure behind the scenes.”

Nitin Agarwal, chief revenue officer of FV Bank, says: “Fintechs shouldn’t have to choose between a seamless customer experience and a clear, bank-managed compliance foundation.”

Talking further about GMA, Agarwal adds: “It gives our partners a more complete product while reducing the complexity of managing multiple banking and payment relationships.”
