iDenfy, a global RegTech company for identity verification and fraud prevention solutions, has launched upgraded workflows specifically suitable for Spanish-speaking Know Your Business (KYB) verification users.
The update allows partners to enable Spanish-language onboarding for company representatives, directors, and beneficial owners.
The new workflow has partners provided with native level translations with AI-generated fallbacks.
Now a business verification flow reads and sounds more naturally than a standard translation, the firm.
iDenfy’s Know Your Business service includes a due diligence process that companies use to verify the legal existence, ownership structure, and legitimacy of a business partner before establishing any commercial relationship.
Domantas Ciulde, the CEO of iDenfy, says: “A KYB session is often more complex than a standard KYC check, since it asks a company representative to confirm details about the business itself, its ownership, and its legal standing.
“If the language feels foreign or machine-generated at that point, hesitation sets in quickly, and a hesitant business user is far more likely to close the tab than a consumer completing a quick ID scan.”
