Gen ll launches new platform

Gen ll has introduced Funded, a digital subscription document platform, with the aim of streamlining fund subscriptions.
After the company acquired the platform in 2024, Funded now operates on Gen ll's cloud infrastructure.
The firm says it has expanded the platform's offerings to support all sponsors and their legal counsel, as well including services such as global AML solutions and investor portals. Gen ll hopes the digitisation of the platform will also enable “easier integrations with downstream systems and processes.”
Robert Caporale, president of strategic and digital solutions, Gen II, adds: “Funded represents a major step forward in how private funds approach the subscription process.”
