Wagram Fund Services (WFS) has launched a new fund hosting platform that handles the structuring, management, and administration of funds as a regulated operator.

Authorised by the Autorité des marchés financiers , WFS is designed as a digital-native platform, and integrates SaaS tools and uses artificial intelligence to automate and accelerate its processing workflows, while enhancing the regulatory and financial monitoring of funds.

The firm says its model enables investment firms to gain agility, control their costs and focus their resources on their investment strategy, while implementing a suitable distribution framework.

Asset management firms will have permanent access to their data and benefit from easier distribution across Europe through Wagram Fund Services’ Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations passport, with the company authorised as a full-scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager.

The platform is targeted at three types of market participants: emerging management teams launching their first fund without bearing the costs of obtaining their own authorisation, asset management firms wishing to outsource certain vehicles, and international fund managers seeking a foothold in the French market.

WFS is part of the diversification strategy of Wagram Corporate Finance, an independent investment bank.

Sébastien Péru, president and founder of WFS, notes: “With WFS, our ambition is simple: to become France’s leading provider of alternative Fund Hosting services.

"We have built a platform that combines what few players can offer simultaneously: first-class operational and regulatory expertise, native technology and bespoke client support. Our aim is for each client to focus solely on the performance of its investments and value creation within its portfolio companies.”
