Crypto.com receives MiFID licence
23 May 2025 Europe

Crypto.com has secured a Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) licence, allowing the company to expand its investment services offering across Europe.
The licence comes after the company received approval of its acquisition of Allnew from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). The approval of the deal means that Crypto.com can now offer a broader range of securities, derivatives, and other financial products across the region.
“Securing a MiFID licence alongside our MiCA licence further solidifies Crypto.com’s position in offering the most comprehensive and regulated suite of financial products for users in the EEA,” says Kris Marszalek, co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com.
He adds: “We now look forward to providing customers across the region even more ways to engage with our platform.”
