BetaNXT acquires Delta Data

BetaNXT has acquired Delta Data with the intention to strengthen its ecosystem of wealth management technology solutions.
The addition of Delta Data is said to expand BetaNXT's trade management capabilities, alongside offering a larger range of compliance tools for asset managers.
Delta Data's technology solutions will also be fully integrated with BetaNXT's DataXChange, which the company says will simplify the exchange of data for wealth management firms.
