The Maples Group appoints Chan as Head of Company Secretarial

The Maples Group, a service provider of legal, fiduciary, fund, regulatory, and compliance, has appointed Connie Chan as senior vice president and head of the company secretarial team in Singapore.
The firm says Chan is a highly accomplished company secretary and governance leader, having held various senior positions across the industry.
She has over 20 years of experience supporting boards and executive committees across diverse corporate environments and brings expertise on the regulatory framework in Singapore.
In her new role, Chan will have overall responsibility of Singapore company secretarial services for the Maples Group, aiming to provide tailored solutions to clients at the forefront of industry practice.
The team provides end-to-end Singapore entity formation and management services for Singapore companies, alongside a suite of related fiduciary services, including the provision of the named Singapore company secretary, independent Singapore resident and non-resident directors, as well as client accounting and liquidation services.
