Fenergo launches Fen-AI

Fenergo, a provider of digital solutions for Know Your Customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML), and client lifecycle management (CLM), has launched Fen-AI, an agentic AI orchestration platform for financial institutions.
Created on Fen-X, Fenergo’s legal entity system of record, each action is recorded as work takes place within Fen-AI, allowing financial institutions to increase the speed and capacity of their CLM and KYC operations.
Fen-AI powers KYRA, Fenergo’s governed agentic workforce, which coordinates AI-driven activity across client onboarding, periodic reviews, ongoing monitoring, and material client changes.
The firm says it built Fen-AI to enable institutions to automate lifecycle work while applying policy control, maintaining human oversight, and preserving a complete audit trail, working with over 40 per cent of the world’s leading 50 banks and over 110 financial institutions.
