TSSAG welcomes Johnson and Wood to management committee

The Securities Services Advisory Group (TSSAG), a global network of independent firms, has announced the appointment of two new members to its management committee.
Helen Johnson of MYRIAD Group Technologies and Tim Wood of The Wood Partnership will help form the 10-person committee, bringing a collective 65 years of financial experience.
Based in London, Johnson and Wood will aid the committee to oversee strategic direction, operational initiatives, and community engagement for the network.
Prior to becoming CEO of The Wood Partnership, Wood was managing director and head of UK for HSBC Securities Services. Notably, he also held a 14-year tenure with RBC Investor & Treasury Services, where he held senior positions within business management, client solutions and operational performance, as well as global network management.
Johnson joins the committee as chief operating office at MYRIAD Group Technologies. Earlier in her career, she spent 13 years at Bank of America, most recently as risk lead within its Global Technology & Operations division.
The other committee members are: chairman Mark Kerns, Adapa Advisory; Annosha Livani, Alive Consulting; Nelson Eduardo, Neo Consulting; Paul Chapman, HornbyChapman; Paul Hedges, PDH Consult; Roger Harrold, AlfaSec Advisors; Sudha Datta, Soterium; and Viraj Kukarni, PIVOT Management Consulting.
