Linedata, a global credit and asset management company, has announced a partnership with AutoRek to bring AutoRek’s automated reconciliation platform to Linedata clients.
The firms explain the partnership will provide Linedata’s clients with reconciliation capability without requiring standalone procurement, implementation, or management.
AutoRex reports its research across UK and US capital markets found that reconciliation remains one of the most cumbersome processes in investment operations, citing 85 per cent say operational processes already struggle, or would, if transaction volumes continue to rise.
The partnership solves the friction by offering AutoRek’s automated reconciliation tool as a fully managed service for Linedata clients, says the firm, and will be delivered by the same operational model that clients use for other co-sourced functions.
Speaking on the collaboration, Jonathan Hinkley, head of Global Services at Linedata, says: “This partnership, built on an established operating model with the same staffing governance and oversight structure as Linedata’s other co-sourced services, will give customers unrivalled tools to manage their investments with maximum ease and efficiency, rather than standalone software to run themselves.”
Martyn Ward, chief revenue officer of AutoRek, adds: “Together we’re reshaping asset management around the principles of tighter integration, support for clients’ service models, and future-forward tools shaped by SaaS, automation, and artificial intelligence technologies.”
