Ocorian makes several new appointments within its US leadership team, coming as the firm advances the integration of E78 Fund Solutions and expands services to alternative asset managers across their investment lifecycle.
The new appointees are Vincent Calcagno, Paul Fitzpatrick, Lynne Westbrook, Brian Smith, Howard Nurtman, and Ofelia Sanchez.
Calcagno has been appointed as head of US Growth.
He has led the same core fund solutions platform as it evolved from Agile Fund Solutions to E78 Fund Solutions and now Ocorian.
He has also held senior executive roles including CEO, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer and as head of US Growth, he leads Ocorian’s commercial strategy.
Fitzpatrick has been selected as head of Fund Operations, US.
He has nearly 30 years of experience in accounting and operational services for the alternative investment industry.
He has also been part of the same fund operations team since joining Agile Fund Solutions in 2015, and today, as head of US Fund Operations, he oversees operational delivery with a focus on scale, consistency, and high-touch client service.
Westbrook has been appointed as head of Fund Administration US.
He is a senior leader with more than 20 years of experience across fund administration, accounting, and financial reporting within the alternative investment industry.
As head of US Fund Administration, Westbrook oversees Ocorian’s US operations with accountability for service excellence, growth readiness and client experience.
Smith joins as head of chief financial officer solutions US
He has over 30 years of experience in alternative investment fund administration and operations, having held senior leadership roles across the industry.

Nurtman has been appointed as head of Regulatory and Compliance US and has more than 30 years of international experience across senior finance, operations, and compliance roles.
He has worked extensively with hedge funds, private equity firms, broker-dealers, and advisory businesses.
Nurtman specialises in regulatory reporting, compliance program design, and advisory support, helping fund managers navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments with confidence.
Sanchez has been selected as head of Tax Advisory US.
She leads Ocorian’s US Tax Advisory practice, bringing over 20 years of experience in tax and advisory services for private equity, venture capital firms, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
