Vistra Fund Solutions welcomes O’Shea

Vistra Fund Solutions (VFS) welcomes Andrew O’Shea as executive vice president and head of Vistra Funds Solutions Europe.
Based in Ireland, O’Shea joins the funds leadership team and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s European business to support its continued growth across key markets.
O’Shea most recently served as global head of fund services at TMF Group where he was responsible for shaping and executing the global fund services strategy for private capital, overseeing client operations, technology enablement and organic and inorganic growth.
Prior to TMF Group, O’Shea spent eight years at Intertrust, now part of CSC, where he held senior leadership positions across the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
Speaking on his appointment, O’Shea says: “I’m looking forward to building on my previous experience leading international fund services teams and working closely with clients and colleagues across Europe to support Vistra’s next phase of international growth.”
