Gen II hires DeRoss as Head of Credit Operations and Strategy

Gen II Fund Services, an independent private capital fund administrator, has announced that Leslie DeRoss and her specialist team have joined the firm.
This appointment aims to expand the firm’s Private Credit offering.

DeRoss joins Gen II from US Bank, bringing decades of experience in credit fund operations, complex debt instruments, and specialised reporting.
By integrating her veteran team’s deep domain expertise with Gen II’s infrastructure, the firm says that it is uniquely positioned to support a broad range of private credit strategies, including direct lending, opportunistic credit, and structured products.
