McDermott Will & Schulte appoints Hung as Partner

McDermott Will & Schulte has appointed Leslie Hung as a partner in its investment management practice in New York.
Hung joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where she advised private fund sponsors and institutional investors on the formation, structuring, offering, and operation of private investment funds, as well as regulatory and compliance matters.
Her experience covers a range of investment strategies, including buyout, credit, GP stakes, growth, and real estate funds.
She also advises on co-investments, secondary transactions, and other strategic and operational matters.
