EXCLUSIVE: Zodia Solutions appoints Perrin as CEO and Arevshatian as Chief Operating Officer

Zodia Solutions has appointed Craig Perrin as CEO and Anoosh Arevshatian as chief operating officer, with the pair set to jointly lead the business.
Perrin and Arevshatian will oversee the direction and development of Zodia Solutions, which provides infrastructure and expertise to financial institutions developing digital asset capabilities.
Perrin brings experience across financial institutions and fintech firms, covering business development, sales, relationship management, and product solutions across Europe, Asia, and the US.
Arevshatian most recently served as chief product officer at Zodia Custody, having previously been its group chief risk officer.
Her experience covers digital asset custody, settlement, staking, and tokenised asset infrastructure, as well as product and engineering across multiple jurisdictions.
Perrin says: “Financial institutions increasingly know where they want to go with digital assets. The challenge is getting there in a way that makes commercial and operational sense and ultimately enables them to build businesses that can operate and scale.
“Anoosh and I bring highly complementary experience to that challenge and will lead Zodia Solutions together.”
Arevshatian adds: “The technology has largely proven itself. What has not been solved is the operating layer: how a regulated financial institution actually runs a digital asset business alongside its existing operations, under the same governance, risk, audit, and regulatory standards that apply to everything else it does.
“Financial institutions don't need another point solution, another wallet provider or another API to integrate. They need an operating capability designed around the way they actually work.”
Zodia Solutions says its focus will include integrating digital assets into institutions’ existing governance, risk, and control frameworks, alongside operational requirements such as key management, reconciliation, transaction monitoring, settlement, reporting, and client servicing.
