Ocorian, a global provider of fund and corporate administration services, has been appointed by Apache Capital Partners, a UK real estate investment manager, to provide fund administration, fiduciary and accounting services on their build-to-rent (BTR) platforms.

Ocorian will work with Apache across Jersey and the UK on their specialist BTR platforms covering both single-family and multifamily living.

The appointment follows Apache’s extensive RFP process and the subsequent successful migration by Ocorian of close to 100 entities, across five separate structures, in under three months in a process supported by Ocorian’s specialist onboarding and migration team.

Nick Terry, executive director at Ocorian, says: "Apache are at the vanguard of high-quality, BTR developments in the UK. We look forward to working with such an innovative team and providing specialist administration capabilities to efficiently support the fund structures underpinning their work.”

Scott Berry, chief financial officer at Apache Capital, adds: "We are delighted to be working with Ocorian. Their expert team, technology-enabled approach and scale across jurisdictions gives us confidence that we have chosen the right partner to support the next phase of growth in our business.

“We value long-term relationships, built on service quality and trust and Ocorian delivers on both."
