Vista Equity Partners has agreed to invest in Quantios, a Software-as-a-Service provider to the global trust and corporate services industry.
Existing investors HG and EQT will exit their investments in Quantios upon completion of the transaction.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The investment comes as trust and corporate services providers face increasing regulatory requirements, growing entity volumes, and rising client expectations for faster and more technology-enabled services.
Quantios says the investment will support further product development, the expansion of its AI capabilities and improvements to customer service, support, and delivery across its global client base.
Guy Harrison, CEO of Quantios, says: “Vista shares our belief in that opportunity and in our ability to seize it. They will bring the experience, expertise, and resources to help us move faster, innovate further, and deliver even more value for customers. I’m incredibly proud of what the Quantios team has achieved over the past few years and excited to begin the next chapter with Vista.”
Patrick Severson, senior managing director and co-head of the Foundation Fund at Vista Equity Partners, adds: “Quantios delivers mission-critical software that sits at the heart of how trust and corporate services firms manage and automate their most complex workflows.
“As the industry faces rising regulatory demands and growing client expectations, we believe Quantios is strongly positioned to help firms operate with greater speed, clarity, and scale.”
Jake Hodgman, managing director at Vista Equity Partners, comments: “Quantios has built a market-leading platform and real momentum in bringing agentic AI into live customer environments. We share the team's commitment to modernising operations across the industry and are thrilled to support them in this next chapter of growth.”
