Arete Wealth, a national financial services firm, has launched Arete Capital Partners to expand the firm’s capital markets capabilities and integrated services platform through the dedicated division.
The firm expresses the Arete Capital Partners platform focuses on serving growth-oriented companies, private businesses, financial sponsors, and institutional clients across a range of corporate and capital markets.
Renny Kuruvilla, head of Corporate Finance, Arete Capital Partners, is leading the division bringing more than two decades of experience across investment banking, equity capital markets, institutional sales, and transaction execution.
