Kaizen has appointed Kerry Daniel as client relationship manager.
Based in London, Daniel has spent over 20 years working across fintech, post-trade operations, and regulatory change.
She joins the firm from Mirador Solutions Consultancy, a London-based firm specialising in technology, data, alternatives, and AI, where she was most recently director of business development.
Most notably, Daniel spent three years at OSTTRA following 12 years at MarkitServ.
At MarkitServ, she led a team of relationship managers, focusing on product adoption, revenue retention, and cross selling opportunities.
In addition, her previous role required an understanding of the regulatory landscape to support clients through mandatory clearing, regulatory reporting, and venue trading.
Earlier in her career, she spent over three years at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) as senior relationship manager for EMEA and APAC, where she was responsible for all new client onboardings onto the DTCC DerivServ platform.
Kaizen says Daniel’s background gives her a strong understanding of regulatory challenges its clients face and the technology needed to address them.
The firm also expresses Daniel’s experience will be “hugely valuable" as it continues to develop the Kaizen Hub platform, which brings together client technology, data, and regulatory expertise to help clients get a clearer view of their reporting and manage data more effectively over time.
