Eton Solutions, a family wealth management platform, has announced the finalisation of its US$58 million series C round, which unfolded in two tranches.

The raise was led by repeat investor Navis Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on companies in high-growth markets and an edge in their industries.

The company will use the funding to, among other initiatives, build on the momentum it has created among the family offices with the release of three new products and new AI use cases across its full suite of products.

Eton’s flagship platform, AtlasFive, is already in use by more than 850 of the world’s wealthiest families, across nine global wealth management centers.

Over the past 10 years, the company has made investments in artificial intelligence and expanded features which integrate entity and portfolio management, transaction processing, fund accounting and five other wealth management functions into a single ecosystem.

Satyen Patel, executive chairman at Eton Solutions, says: “We’ve built an ecosystem that is uniquely able to meet every wealth management need and has the security, privacy, workflow and data foundation necessary to do so — all in one place. This investment will let us super charge our expansion to meet the growing market and its demand for AI-driven efficiencies that create even more value.”

“We've witnessed how Eton's technology enables family offices to achieve unprecedented efficiency and insight. We're excited to continue supporting their growth and innovation,” adds Rajendra Pai, partner at Navis Capital Partners.
