Creand Wealth & Securities, a Luxembourg-based asset servicing and wealth management banking arm of the international Creand Group, has selected NeoXam GP4 as its fund accounting platform for private assets.
Creand W&S says this move replaces its incumbent system on this scope and extends its long-standing relationship with NeoXam, choosing a single platform to administer both traditional and alternative funds as the business grows.
Creand W&S says it wanted a single platform robust enough to accommodate its growing private equity activity while keeping every fund — traditional and alternative — on the same operational footing.
Creand W&S has chosen NeoXam GP4 because it covers the requirements of its private equity business evolution while bringing traditional and alternative funds together under one roof.
Deployed on-premises, GP4 gives Creand W&S a modular, end-to-end fund accounting platform that can manage sophisticated private-asset products, centralise data, and workflows in a single environment, and support multiple accounting standards — Luxembourg generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), US GAAP, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) — within the same solution.
By standardising on GP4, Creand W&S aims to further industrialise its fund administration processes, manage complex private-assets products with confidence, and benefit from a single, centralised platform spanning its entire fund range — with multi-GAAP reporting handled natively rather than bolted on.
Sébastien Leleu, chief strategy officer, Creand Wealth & Securities: “As our private assets activity grows, we needed to industrialise the way we administer funds rather than keep adding systems and manual workarounds.
“NeoXam GP4 lets us run our traditional and alternative funds on one platform, handle the complexity of private assets, and produce Lux GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS figures from a single source. It gives us the operational excellence to continue to scale with confidence.”
Charles Sayac, managing director Continental Europe, NeoXam: “We are delighted that Creand W&S has chosen NeoXam GP4 to support the growth of its private-assets business. Private assets demand a fund accounting platform that can absorb sophisticated structures without forcing firms to silo them away from their traditional funds.
“With GP4, Creand W&S gets exactly that: one platform for the entire fund range, built-in multi-GAAP support, and the ability to industrialise operations as volumes rise. We are proud that this win establishes a new reference for private assets administered on GP4.”
